Guidelines for proper use

Before you start painting with Magic Wall, remember these simple guidelines; they will help you achieve flawless walls with minimal effort and maximum results!

First step

Carefully prepare the surface you want to paint, making sure it is clean, dry, and free of dust. For glossy or waxed walls, it is essential to degrease well using a solution of hot water, baking soda, and ammonia. If there is mold, remove it first with specific products and let it dry completely. This step is also essential for complex surfaces such as waxed Venetian plaster or wooden beadboard, where proper preparation ensures perfect adhesion of Magic Wall without the need for primer or sanding.

Second step

Before application, mix the product well to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Apply the first coat of Magic Wall without diluting the product (recommended option) or diluted up to 5% with water only if the wall is particularly absorbent. Preferably use the specific Magic Wall brushes and rollers for an optimal result. Spread the product with uniform movements, avoiding accumulations and drips. Thanks to the very high covering power of Magic Wall, you will already notice excellent coverage with this first application even on strong colors or difficult surfaces.

Third step

Wait 4-6 hours before assessing the need for a second coat. Magic Wall dries quite quickly, but it is important to respect the drying times to ensure a professional result. The second coat, if necessary, should be applied in the same way as the first and will mainly serve as a finish. Consider that the product coverage is about 10-12 sqm per liter with a brush and 8-10 sqm with a roller. Complete drying occurs after about 24 hours, but it can vary depending on the temperature and humidity of the environment. Avoid applying the product at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
