What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all products for orders over €60.00. For amounts less than this, the shipping costs are:
– throughout Italy: €6.90
Other areas (free shipping not available):
– Campione d’Italia: €15.00.
– Livigno: €55.00.
– Minor Islands (Anacapri, Barano d’Ischia, Campo nell’Elba, Capoliveri, Capraia Island, Capri, Carloforte, Casamicciola Terme, Favignana, Forio, Ischia, Caprera Island, Giglio Island, Tremiti Islands, La Maddalena, Lacco Ameno, Lampedusa and Linosa, Leni, Lipari, Malta, Marciana, Pantelleria, Ponza, Porto Azzurro, Portoferraio, Procida, Rio Marina, Rio nell’Elba, Santa Marina Salina, Serrara Fontana, Venice and Ventotene): €20.00.

Shipping is free on all products for orders over €99.00.
For amounts less than this, the shipping costs are €15.00.
The countries that benefit from these conditions are:
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Ireland.
For the United Kingdom, for amounts less than €99.00, the shipping costs are €25.00.

How long does it take for packages to be shipped?
Shipping is carried out after receiving payment via bank transfer. Once the goods leave our warehouse, the expected delivery times are 1-3 working days throughout Italy, unless otherwise indicated in the description of the individual product, where delivery times are generally between 2-4 working days. To provide you with a shopping experience carefully attended to in every detail, you will receive an SMS from the BRT courier to monitor the status of your order in real time. In case of delays or extraordinary issues, you will be contacted promptly.
Elisir Home is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or attributable to third parties.
How is the delivery of Magic Paint products carried out?
Elisir Home allows you to choose the delivery method that you prefer and that best meets your needs.
Pickup at the location: Store and warehouse: Strada Statale per Spineto 61/2 – 10081 Castellamonte (TO).
Store and warehouse: Via Risorgimento, 410B, Ponte Ronca, Bologna.
By choosing this delivery method, delivery charges will be waived. At our store, you can pay with card or cash. You will receive an email or SMS to notify you that your order is ready for pickup. For logistical reasons, the customer must inform us of the pickup time.
Express Courier: For better service, the courier will send an email or SMS with the tracking number (this is an identification number that allows you to know the exact location of the shipped package, monitoring its path online, in real time). Additionally, they will send another email or SMS with the day and time of delivery.
We always remind you to “ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WITH RESERVATION” when you sign the courier's form for the delivery. This is our only way to protect you in case there are damaged products inside the package.
If the courier cannot find you at the indicated address, they will leave a notice in the mailbox confirming their visit. This notice contains all the useful information to schedule a second delivery attempt and to know the address of the nearest branch to you. If you do not contact the courier, the package will remain at the relevant branch for 5 days. If this period passes without you picking up the package, the product will be returned to Elisir Home, which will consider the sales contract resolved.
Elisir Home will refund your order, deducting the delivery charges, storage fees, and return shipping costs.
How can I return a product?
According to Article (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) for consumer protection, it is possible to return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, although it would be helpful for us to improve our service! The communication must be made within 8 days from the date of receipt via email to the address info@elisirhome.com. Shipping costs will be your responsibility: both those incurred to return the product to us and those paid to receive it. They will be deducted from the refund we will issue in your favor. If you have used free shipping, the amount will still be deducted. Naturally, if you want to return only one of the products purchased in a multiple order, you will only be refunded the partial amount related to the product in question.
To obtain a refund, the product must be returned to Elisir Home in its original condition: complete, without tampering, and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, the refund cannot be processed or will only be partially issued.
To carry out the withdrawal procedure, follow these simple steps:
– Send us a communication via email to the address info@elisirhome.com or by registered mail to the address Elisir Home, Statale per Spineto 61/2, 10081 Castellamonte (TO);
– In the communication, you must provide your personal details, the product reference details (order number and the date it was placed), and finally, how you would like us to proceed with the refund (Bank Transfer or, if you paid by card, the credit back to it);
– Remember to include a copy of the order confirmation that we sent you via email in the package.
What is the right of withdrawal in case of non-conforming goods?
In case of non-compliant goods the seller is required to refund all payments received from the consumer, including any shipping costs incurred during the purchase.
The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

How are Magic Paint products packaged?
Magic Paint products are packaged with total respect for the environment, limiting the use of polluting plastics as much as possible. For this reason, all our products are packaged using recycled materials and local hay sourced directly from producers in our area for a limited environmental impact, supporting local communities.
