Before you start using Magic Star, remember these simple guidelines that will help you achieve impeccable and professional textured effects on your restorations!

First step

To prepare the surface you want to decorate, follow the usual cleaning and basic painting steps. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and already painted with a coat of Magic Paint as a base. While you prepare to create your textured effect, pour into a separate container the amount of Magic Paint you intend to use for the project. This will allow you to better control the thickening powder dosage and create the perfect consistency. Remember that you can always add more color or powder to achieve the desired effect.

Second step

Add Magic Star to the paint gradually, little by little, stirring continuously with a stick to avoid lumps. The key to a professional result is progressive addition: start with small amounts and observe how the consistency changes. For a slightly rough effect ideal for antique finishes, add a moderate amount of powder. For a thick paste perfect for stencils and raised decorations, increase the amount until you reach a dense but still workable consistency. Mix thoroughly until you get a homogeneous compound.

Third step
