Marigold Fibrous Green is based on a design by William Morris, registered as wallpaper in 1875. The pattern incorporates large marigold flowers among sprays of willow-like leaves, on a base of foliage and smaller flowers. The monochrome design was produced in a wide variety of colors. Morris also registered the design as printed cotton later in 1875, one of only three designs Morris intended to produce both as fabric and wallpaper. Marigold fibrous neutral shows the famous Morris design on a stunning matte and textured neutral background. This beautiful design comes to life in a full soft gold metallic print for a sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere.
