Can fabrics and leather be colored with Magic Paint?

Magic Paint can be used to dye fabrics and leather.

What we recommend is to carry out this type of work on armchairs or similar, with padding still tight and in good condition.

Prepare a solution with two fingers of water and one finger of colorless fabric softener inside a classic spray bottle.

Gently spray from a distance of about 20 cm on the fabric you want to color.

With the surface still damp, apply the first coat of paint diluted with water by 50-60% with a brush stroke that follows the fabric's fiber.

Before applying the second coat, always diluted, it is advisable to wait for complete drying in depth, so as not to waste color.

Apply two coats of neutral wax, always starting from the side and never from the center of the fabric.

This step is essential because it makes the fabric soft so that the paint does not crack.

Additionally, it is recommended not to let too many days pass from the drying of the color to the application of the wax.

The procedure to follow is:

3rd Step: With the surface still damp, apply the first coat with a cross brush stroke to penetrate well into the fibers. Before applying the second coat, it is advisable to wait at least one day, so that the paint is well dried in depth.

4th Step: Apply two coats of clear protective wax. This step is essential because it makes the fabric soft so that the paint does not crack. Additionally, it is recommended not to let too many days pass from the drying of the color to the application of the wax.
