How to return goods to Elisir Home?
According to the law (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) protecting the consumer, it is possible to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, although it would be helpful for us to know in order to improve our service! The notice must be given within 8 days from the date of receipt by email to info@elisirhome.com. Shipping costs will be your responsibility: both those incurred to send the product back to us and those paid to receive it will be deducted from the refund we will make to you. (If you used free shipping, the amount will still be deducted according to our table.) Naturally, if you want to return only one of the products purchased in a multiple order, only the partial amount related to that product will be refunded. To obtain the refund, the product must be returned to Elisir Home in its original condition: complete, without tampering and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, the refund cannot be made or will be made only partially. To carry out the withdrawal procedure, follow these simple steps: – Send us a notice by email to info@elisirhome.com or by registered letter to Elisir Home at Statale per Spineto, 61/2 in Castellamonte 10081 (TO); – In the notice, you must provide your personal details, the product reference details: the order number and the date it was made, and finally how you want us to proceed with the refund (bank transfer or if you paid by card, credit to it); – Remember to enclose a copy of the order confirmation we sent you by email inside the package. - Send the package to our warehouse: Elisir Home srl statale per spineto 61/2 10081 Castellamonte (TO) Note: please pack the goods very well to avoid breakage during return transport. If this happens, Elisir Home srl does not take responsibility and consequently the damaged product cannot be compensated.
